My Origin Story
From a tender age, my world is one of endless wonder and inquiry. As a precocious child, questions were my constant companions, and adventures were the paths I sought. The insatiable desire for asking questions became a deep-seated curiousity about unraveling mysteries.
Above all, it was people who fascinated me. The mysteries of human nature — the whys, the what’s, and the how’s of thoughts and behaviors — were puzzles that no book could fully explain. This curiosity is an intrinsic part of me, sprouting from a seed planted in my consciousness at the tender age of four.
This enduring fascination charted the course of my life, steering me through the diverse landscapes of marketing and coaching. Marketing was my first foray into understanding people's desires and behaviors on a grand scale. In coaching, I delved into the mysteries of the people, teams and ecosystems I encountered.
As I reflect on this journey, I realize that the child who once sought to solve the mysteries in books and puzzles, now strives to unravel the complexities of the human spirit in the workplace. It's a journey that has come full circle, from a child’s inquisitive mind to a coach's insightful partnership, driven by the same enduring fascination with the puzzle of being human.
