Align & Empower Teams
For Intact Team Leaders, People Managers and Cross-Functional Leads
Align & Empower Teams helps leaders slow down enough to see each other clearly, build shared language around purpose, and discern where to reconnect and where to let go. Believe.
Change, together, can feel different.
Align & Empower Teams is a facilitated coaching experience that strengthens how teams work together. It is designed for senior and middle-management teams navigating complexity, change, or growth, where coordination, relationships, and trust matter as much as strategy and execution.
For teams where change feels hard and inaccessible, this program offers structured space to take strategic pauses, see patterns more clearly, and build shared language. Participants can expect guided reflection, practical frameworks, and real-time conversations about how they work as a team, leaving with clearer agreements and next steps they design together. Change is hard; it does not need to feel this hard when there is a place to reflect, remember, and reimagine how you move forward together.
Team Leader. See yourself. See your team differently.
“I keep stepping in because things are not moving fast enough.”
Mind your powers
How could stepping in to speed things up now, slow shared ownership later?
“I feel shut down when the team questions the plan.”
MIND YOUR TRIGGERS
How might leaning into the questions shift how you feel?
“We talk about being one team, yet every decision pulls us back into silos.”
MIND THE GAP
What small experiments could treat alignment as a practice you build together, sustainably?
These reflections often sit just under the surface in teams; bringing them into view with care can turn them into doorways for shared language and alignment.
Who benefits
This program is for team leads who sense that how they work together matters as much as what they deliver, and for the HR and People & Culture partners who sponsor them.
-
Intact team leaders
You lead a core team through complexity, and the weight feels heavy. When you have support to cut through the clutter and strengthen how the team moves on what matters most together, change happens naturally.
-
People managers
You are close to the day-to-day realities of constant change. This program helps you shift through reactivity to more receptive, responsive conversations, where teams lean into curiosity and the courage to speak their minds with change-readiness.
-
Cross-functional leads
You coordinate across teams, projects, and stakeholders where communication can sometimes feel hard. This program brings a thoughtful slowdown to cut through the clutter, build shared language, and keep collaboration moving across the ecosystem.
Change-readiness, built in practice
-
Fifteen years of working with leaders and teams at major inflection points has shaped a comprehensive toolkit with evidence-based strategies. Approaches from leadership, organizational mindfulness, vertical development, psychology, and systemic work are curated into accessible practices that move through reactivity and focus attention on what matters most.
-
Creative exercises, imagery, and metaphors offer a doorway into how the team really experiences its work together, especially when the stakes are high. Stepping out of usual meeting patterns, people notice what goes unsaid, where energy rises and falls, and what gaps remain open. Together, teams move beyond the weeds, access shared language, and stay connected to the purpose that brought them together in the first place.
-
Systemic coaching treats the team and its wider ecosystem as a living system. Together, we explore the heart of the team (what you care about and treasure), the lungs of the team (how you breathe through pressure and pace), and the backbone of the team (the goals, roles, structures, and agreements that hold you up). This lens helps teams at inflection points see what needs to be reconnected, rebalanced, or released so they can move ready through change.
-
Throughout the program, teams move between action and reflection in intentional loops. Short experiments in how you meet, decide, and communicate are followed by guided debriefs about what worked, what did not, and what to adjust. Over time, these loops strengthen change-readiness as a shared capacity. New ways of working are lived and the organization can respond to real-time pressures with more coherence and confidence.
What our time will look like together
Each program is custom-designed to your team’s needs, timeline, budget, and desired outcomes. Together with your program sponsors, we co-design the touchpoints and support that make sense for where you are and what you are moving toward.
Team Coaching with a Systemic Lens
Coaching sessions focus on the team as a living system, using the Systemic Team Coaching® disciplines: why we exist, what we focus on, how we work together, how we connect beyond the team, and how we learn. Regular sponsor touchpoints help see patterns, name what needs to shift, and share responsibility.
Live Meeting Systemic Coaching
Meetings become working learning labs where real conversations, decisions, and creative tensions are coached in the moment. Light prompts between sessions keep experiments alive, so everyday meetings become spaces for shared learning.
Team Diagnostic & Stakeholder Interviews
Surveys, assessments, team conversations, and stakeholder-partner interviews surface strengths, friction points, and diverse perspectives on what is happening. These insights give the team and sponsors a shared starting point, so developmental plans, priorities and experiments are grounded in real experience.
Team Charter Development
Through facilitated sessions, the team co-creates a living charter that captures shared purpose, roles, goals, ways of working, and a few simple agreements to return to when things get noisy. Supported by sponsor check-ins and small practice commitments between sessions, the charter becomes a practical backbone for alignment as circumstances change.
