What’s possible when you slow down enough to get into flow?
Change and pressure tempt us to speed up, talk louder, and decide quicker. Real momentum comes when we discern when to speed up and when to slow down — pausing long enough to reconnect, reflect, and reimagine.

Lead with Impact
For leaders ready to lead differently
Many leaders find themselves reacting to pressure — making fast calls, reverting to old habits, or avoiding hard conversations. Reactivity erodes confidence, clarity, and the ability to show up authentically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every partnership starts with questions. Here are answers to what people most often want to know before working together.
-
Coaching is "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential" (International Coaching Federation (ICF)). In sessions, a credentialed coach
Draws out your own answers by challenging your thinking about your thinking.
Surfaces what’s underneath the surface: your strengths, and untapped potential
Connects you to your next best version, as a person, a leader, and team.
Mentoring is provided for leaders and coaches. For leaders, a mentor draws on their own experience and expertise, offering guidance from their lived experience. For coaches, mentoring is:
Defined as "a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on observed or recorded coaching sessions," (ICF)
Designed to build a coach's capability against the Core Competencies and Coaching Ethics — most often used to prepare for accreditation.
Coaching SuperVision goes a step further, supporting coaches and coach-approach leaders to engage in a reflective practice:
Super: pursuing excellence in service to you and your field; amplifying skills, assuring ethics, resourcing energy & drive, and sustaining commercial outcomes.
Vision: walking the path of who you are in what you do - who you are becoming at various milestones of your life and work.
-
My style is “bold with grace”: direct enough to challenge and poised enough to hold space for deep learning, together.
My approach blends structure and intuition, frameworks and range, with a genuine desire to walk with you where you are, in the moment.
-
We work with a range - time as both abundant and of the essence, depending on what the moment calls for.
Individual sessions typically run 50-60 minutes, with a cadence of every 2 to 3 weeks.
Team sessions flex around needs and rhythm.
Scheduling and resources run through an efficient, secure coaching platform, so logistics stay seamless.
-
We co-design learning outcomes together, then track them at the beginning, middle, and end of each program phase.
We measure impact at the level of the person, the leader, and the team. For larger engagements, we also monitor ripple effects across the wider organization.
-
Yes, and we recommend it. Coaching works best building from strength to strength. We're well-versed in complementing multiple programs so the whole learning ecosystem stays organizationally impactful.
-
I work across healthcare, social impact, tech, media, services, and retail — from small teams to large, complex systems — tailoring programs to sector context.
-
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential within agreed boundaries. For sponsored coaching, we align up front on what’s shared at the aggregate level (themes, trends) and what stays in the room (individual stories and details).
-
Both. Most individual and team coaching is delivered virtually to fit full schedules and distributed teams; in-person sessions or intensives are available with advance notice.
-
We begin with an exploratory conversation to clarify needs, goals, and scope, then co-design a program with clear outcomes, cadence, and impact measures.
With teams and larger-scale engagements, we partner with sponsors, schedule one to two exploratory conversations and a scoping call, and agree on budget, scope, assessment requirements, goals, and impact measures.
The inquiry process ensures the engagement is structured from the outside in — expanding the view beyond internal priorities to the broader ecosystem, especially those who are missed or forgotten — and future back — planning today for what’s emerging tomorrow.

Built to work for HR & Leadership teams
You sit between strategy and strain - between what’s promised and what people can actually deliver in practice. When turbulence begins, you and your teams are often exerting lots of effort to keep culture, performance, and wellbeing intact as the work keeps moving.
-
Health systems are often balancing care quality, staffing gaps, and pressure to move faster without losing safety. When teams are pulled across functions and sites, handoffs, clarity, and morale can suffer quickly.
-
Impact organizations are usually held to both mission and measurement, often with lean teams and shifting funding or governance pressures. That can make it hard to have focus, energy, and trust while still delivering on purpose.
-
In media and sport, visibility and public expectations raise the stakes on each decision. A small breakdown in coordination can ripple fast across content, events, sponsors, or audiences.
-
Tech teams are often expected to deliver, pivot, and scale at pace while working across distributed, cross-functional structures and real-time pressures. Without enough alignment, that speed can create rework, fatigue, and disengagement.
-
In customer-facing sectors, change is close to the ground; on the shop floor, in branches, studios, or service teams. Leaders have to reset expectations, rebuild confidence and keep results steady while the business shifts around them.
Coaching done well and in partnership
Hi! I’m Lucy, language and words fascinate me.
I find joy in understanding connections between concepts and ideas, thoughts and deeds. I am particularly intrigued by ‘creative tension’.
Creative tension is what happens when we reach the edge of change — between where we are now and where we are going next. It can show up as a current identity meeting an emerging one. Our work is to move through that tension toward what matters most now and in the future.
In our work, creative tension is a precursor to transformative change. Creative tension sparks a ripple effect to transform our world and can be a springboard from conflict (inner and outer) to curiosity in the words we communicate with.
The marketing professional in me knows the power of a word. Each word has meaning and purpose, each word to be revered and treated with respect. And so, I deliberate over each word (still do) before speaking or writing, bridging thoughts to a powerful narrative.
Deliberating over words and meaning is also a leadership practice. And, it’s in the interpretation of our spoken words by others that determine the response we get.
Harold S. Geneen said: “Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions.”
What’s possible when you slow down enough to reflect within?
If something in these programs is tugging at you, we can explore it together. There is room here to be curious, ask questions, and see whether this kind of support fits what you are navigating and where you want to go next.
