Glimpsing a Vision

I glimpse an emerging vision. It's greater than me. It's also me, we and us. I feel it, almost touch it. I see it in my mind's eye.

It feels real, around the bend. It's also at a distance and yet to be realized. And, I feel it! Huh.

This is my experience after writing my vision story. It started as a five year vision story and a guiding soul said: "Take where it says 5 years, and change the 5 to a 3.Then read it again and enjoy the scared/excited feeling that comes over you."

He's right. I am scared, terrified, and excited. Smiling big over here. I am so much further ahead in creating my emerging future from the possibilities and the probabilities. I have had my disappointments. Missed job opportunities. Lowered expectations. Muddled up interviews. I underestimated the impact of a self-effacing attitude and an over-confident stance. I wasn't myself, my true self.

I have a vision. It's time to gather my collaborators and lead the way. It's time to walk towards the glimpse and see, hear and feel its truth. It's time for me to Show Up.

Recommendation: I am inspired by the work of Otto Scharmer and his course on EdX
